This couldn't be more true to me. We admire others for possessing qualities that we don't have ourselves. Start recognizing what you see in a friend or family member that you'd like to display more of. Focus in on these traits and let the person know how much you admire them.
Life is all about learning and growing and becoming a better version of YOU.
If the people around you don't help in this process, cut them out of your life.
Negativity is poison and it spreads like wildfire.
